Curtin Business Industry Scholarship
Our strong industry links have created the Curtin Business School Industry Scholarships, which give you the opportunity for paid work with four great companies. Through these fantastic scholarships, your learning experience extends to four innovative workplaces: PriceWaterhouseCoopers, RAC, Australia Post, and Bankwest. Scholarship winners will work at each of these companies to learn from a key mentor and experience the working environment.
The four recipients of this scholarship will be awarded a $5000 annual cash payment over the course of the degree and paid vaction employment. Find out more
Curtin Innovation Scholarship
The Curtin Business School Innovation Scholarship is for students enrolling in an eligible undergraduate Business School course at Curtin University of Technology in 2009 who demonstrate an understanding of their course of study and show innovative ideas relating to their future profession.

Curtin Business Excellence Scholarship
The Curtin Business Excellence Scholarship is available to students enrolling in the Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration at Curtin in 2009 and who have scored a TER of 95 and above. Eligible applicants must have selected the Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration at Curtin as their first preference through TISC for 2008 entry.

Curtin Business Indigenous Australian Scholarship
The Curtin Business Indigenous Australian Bursary is available for up to 3 persons of Indigenous Australian nationality to study at an undergraduate level. Successful applicants will be eligible to commence study of a business degree at Curtin. The bursary provides tuition fees and study allowance. Continuation of this award is subject to satisfactory student performance.

Harry Perkins Memorial Scholarship
The Harry Perkins Memorial Scholarship is for students completing year 12 from a regional or rural high school and are intending to undertake a business degree at Curtin.
The Scholarship recognises Harry Perkins, the Chancellor of Curtin University of Technology from 1996-2002. During that period, he played a key role in forging international and local business and government partnerships, including negotiations with the Sarawak Government to set up Curtin's first offshore campus in Miri, East Malaysia.
Harry Perkins’ 45-year career commenced in his birthplace of Bruce Rock in Western Australia as a farmer, and expanded to the boardroom of WA's largest company, Wesfarmers, where he was chairman for 16 years. Harry also held many other key positions including, Board positions with the Country Medical Foundation, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and the WA Institute for Medical Research. He was appointed an Officer of Order of Australia for his service to primary industry, tertiary education and the community in 2001 and Curtin’s Council agreed to confer upon him the degree of Honorary Doctor of Technology in October 2002.

CBS Canning College Scholarship
The Canning College scholarship is awarded to an international student graduating from the Diploma of Commerce (Curtin Stream) course at Canning College. The scholarship provides tuition fees for a CBS undergraduate degree for which the student was accepted when the scholarship was awarded, and may be divided into two equal parts should two candidates be considered equally meritorious.
Selection criteria is based on excellent academic achievement, demonstration of community service involvement and leadership, extra-curricular activity involvement and leadership, and the potential benefits to the recipient’s community based off assessment of lecturers and tutors. The award is subject to satisfactory student progress and continued enrolment in a CBS course.

CBS Study Abroad Scholarship
Scholarships are available to provide for up to 5 CBS students to study on the Sarawak campus for one semester, and to provide other CBS students other study abroad opportunities.

CBS Equity Postgraduate Bursary
CBS offers five postgraduate bursaries to assist study of a CBS graduate or postgraduate diploma, or Masters program by coursework by provision of an allowance for books and other educational supplies. Successful applicants must demonstrate a financial or social need. The award is available only to Australian citizens or permanent residents.

CBS Indigenous Australian Postgraduate Bursary
Available bursaries provide for up to 2 persons of Indigenous Australian nationality to study at a postgraduate level. Successful applicants will have completed a three year undergraduate degree and have applied to CBS for further study. The bursary provides tuition fees and study allowance. Continuation of this award is subject to satisfactory student performance.

University of Hyogo (Kobe Gakuen-Toshi Campus) Student exchange scholarship
Two postgraduate scholarships are offered by the University of Hyogo in conjunction with CBS School of Management to complete up to one year of study program in Japan.
The scholarship provides return airfare to Japan, subsidised accommodation and a generous living allowance. The award is available to CBS postgraduate students who are available to commence in the exchange program, possess an academically sound research proposal and good academic record, and are able to demonstrate knowledge of Japanese culture, society and business. Students making the transition from undergraduate to postgraduate enrolment may also apply.
